Beaver Lined Cuffed Mittens

We will send you photos of what we have available for you to choose from. We have various patterns and colors of wool or cotton canvas fabric, as well as brown cotton velveteen. For the palm leather we have two thicknesses of buckskin to choose from. The photos for this listing are examples and we may or may not have those particular fabrics still available.

Stylish, warm, and functional, these mittens have it all. The back of hand, back of thumb, wrist and entire cuff area is fully lined with luxuriously warm and soft sheared beaver fur providing superior insulation and wind protection. The inside of the palm is lined with wool for maximum dexterity and function. The exterior covering of the mitten is constructed of your choice of fabric (wool, cotton canvas or velveteen), and finished off with a black cotton trim around the edge of the mitten hem. The exterior palms are covered with a soft and supple deer skin leather. The wrist/forearm portion of the mitten can be worn extended to cover the forearm or it can be folded over in a classic cuff style to expose the soft beaver fur inside. When worn extended, the wrist/forearm portion is slender enough to fit under most coat sleeves, unlike our gauntlet mittens which are designed to fit over a coat sleeve. Due to the loft of the fur interior, these mittens tend to fit a wider range of hand sizes. Therefore, we only offer them in two sizes that are designed to fit most women and men.
