What is the turnaround time for custom orders or made to order items?
Completion times can vary greatly for custom orders depending on the project and time of year. It could be as quick as a couple of weeks for simple projects or a couple of months for multiple item projects during our busy season (fall and winter). Communication is important to us and we make sure to give you a realistic time estimate and let you know of any changes.
Turnaround times for made to order items should be listed on the individual products. Generally, handwear items will take a couple of weeks while headwear may take three or four weeks.
Do you tan fur?
No, we do not tan fur. We recommend sending your fur to a reputable tannery to ensure a quality tan, which will lead to a better finished product.
Can you repair my damaged fur item?
At this time, we do not offer repair services.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
